Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get access to Exchange Online?
Contact us via our ticketing system or send an email to lerner-support@udel.edu to get access!
Please be advised that Exchange Online is typically available to Faculty and professional staff, and is typically not available for student use.
Which app do you recommend using for authentication?
Even if you're already using Google Authenticator, we recommend having the Microsoft Authenticator on the side for Office 365.
Typically, you won't directly open the Microsoft Authenticator app, as when you have internet or cellular service, it should prompt you to approve or deny login attempts to your Office 365 account.
If you haven't set up Google Authenticator, then you can use the Microsoft Authenticator for 2FA as well.
How can I access my email using webmail?
You can use http://outlook.office.com/ and log in with your UD email address and password.
