The subject line should be a topic or brief summary of your issue.
In the body of the email, please include as much information about the issue as you can. Screenshots and error messages will often help.
When you send your email, a help request will be generated within our system. We will reach out to you as soon as possible.

- Call (302) 831-6482 to contact the Lerner IT team’s helpdesk.
You will need to provide us with your name, email address and return contact number.
If possible, our technician will work with you over the phone to solve your issues.

- Stop in to the TechDeck during our operating hours.
