This often occurs in two scenarios

  1. You need to login to OneDrive
  2. You need to start the OneDrive application

Logging into OneDrive

Infrequently OneDrive will require you to log back in to sync files.

Find the OneDrive Icon in your taskbar and click it.

If prompted to sign in, use your UD email and password

Once Signed in, You will see OneDrive on the left side of
your folders:

Launching OneDrive

If you are unable to locate the OneDrive icon, you may need to relaunch the OneDrive application

Choose the Start Menu and type “OneDrive” to search for the application
