The Apporto Cloud Mounter installed within the Virtual Lab enables students to directly access their University of Delaware Google Drive Storage

The Cloud Mounter seamlessly maps your Google storage as a network drive, making it easier to get to all your data.

First Time User

Begin by logging into the Apporto Virtual Lab

Double-Click the Cloud Mounter Icon on the Apporto Windows Desktop

Cloud Mounter will launch and Prompt you to Start a New Connection

Select Google Drive

In the Connection Dialog, ensure that Connect at Login/Startup is Checked

Then select Connect Now

You will be prompted to Sign In

Use your full UD email address and choose Next

You will be prompted to login through the UD CAS page

Use your UD username, password, and 2FA to login

You will be prompted to authorize Apporto Cloud Mounter

Choose Continue

The Cloud Mounter will automatically map your Google Drive to the Gdrive location

Using Google Drive in Apporto Virtual Lab

When you login to a lab computer, the Cloud Mounter will automatically connect you to your Google Drive.

You can find your Google Drive by opening Files

Your Google Drive will be listed as Gdrive and located on the left side of the window
