ProctorU and the Virtual Lab

In order to use the virtual lab during a ProctorU exam, you must launch the lab and ProctorU using the same web browser on your computer.

Launching the Virtual Lab in the Web Browser

  1. If you are off campus, connect using the UD VPN
  2. Visit https://vdi.art-sci.udel.edu/portal/?includeNativeClientLaunch=false
  3. Select HTML Access if you are prompted.
  4. Login using your UD username (without the @udel.edu) and select WIN from the dropdown
  5. Launch the Lerner Virtual Lab
  6. Using the web-browser on your computer, open a new tab
  7. In the new tab launch your ProctorU session
  8. You can now switch back and forth between the virtual lab and ProctorU
