If you’re encountering issues connecting to the eduroam wifi network, you may need to remove the network configuration and start fresh.
- Open System Preferences
- Open Network Preferences
- Select the Wifi connection
- Choose Advanced
- Select the Wi-Fi tab
- Remove eduroam, UD Guest, and Get Started from their Preferred Networks list
- Once complete, open System Preferences again
- Open the Profiles option (if it exists)
- Delete University of Delaware under profiles
- Reboot the computer
- Connect to “Get Started at UD”
- Open a browser and go to www1.udel.edu/getstarted
- Download the SecureW2 tool and follow the steps
