Using the Plugable Adapter
In your browser, visit https://plugable.com/pages/displaylink
Choose the DisplayLink Manager App download
Install the downloaded Application
Once Installed, click the ‘Open System Settings’ button in order to grant DisplayLink the permission to manage your screen display
Ensure that you have launched the DisplayLink Manager in order for the video to display to both monitors
