Getting started
- Open the Webex app on your computer
- Lerner College IT has installed the Webex application on the majority of Lerner College laptops and desktop devices.
 - You also have the option to install Webex on a personal computer and a mobile device if desired.
 
 
- Log in to Webex with your UD email address.
- You will be directed to UD’s Central Authentication System.
 
 - Test inbound and outbound calling.
- Call the test phone line at 302-831-3737 to verify that you can make outbound calls.
 
 - Set up your voicemail
 - Set up an e911 location
 - Optional: Using your Web browser, login to the Webex user portal and verify your UD number is correct.
 
- After signing into the user portal, navigate to “Webex Calling.”
 - Your number should display underneath your name.
 
Ten-digit dialing
You will need to use full 10 digit dialing. Example: (302) 831-XXXX
Check your front desk numbers
- Check to confirm they ring to the correct people
 - Voicemail greetings are set and being sent to the proper email address
 - Search for your number in Contacts
 - Contact udit-ts@udel.edu for any changes prior to the semester start
