Getting started

  1. Open the Webex app on your computer
  1. Log in to Webex with your UD email address.
    • You will be directed to UD’s Central Authentication System.
  2. Test inbound and outbound calling.
    • Call the test phone line at 302-831-3737 to verify that you can make outbound calls.
  3. Set up your voicemail
  4. Set up an e911 location
  5. Optional: Using your Web browser, login to the Webex user portal and verify your UD number is correct.
  • After signing into the user portal, navigate to “Webex Calling.”
  • Your number should display underneath your name.

Ten-digit dialing

You will need to use full 10 digit dialing. Example: (302) 831-XXXX
